complaint dayy.okay blue ginger was in a full house status today. it was chaotic and complain mouths everywhere. 1. a woman at the first table was complaining whyy we charged her for desserts - when we already didnt count the desserts and also gave a 20% discount for her. the worst thing is that, after bala explained to her, she found another excuse to scold him, saying that we lack of communication with staff just bcos she ask 3 staffs abt the complimentary desserts and we weren't sure. yea u were acting soo nice& patient. y can't u act longer ? 2. it was a disaster, reservations of 6,7 were coming in at the same time as the walk-ins of 6-8 people. there were only limited staff && de kitchens were slow. a grp of ang mohs came & complained tat service was slow from the starters to the desserts. hey u can't blame our waitress for all de stuff rite? this isnt a fast food restaurant, go find MACDONALDs elsewhere! 3. reservations wrote 6 people, 8 people came. there weren't seats. they complain again. 4. reservations were at 8.30, you came at 9pm. there weren't seats. they complain. 5. group of people being angryy abt having no seats, and shouted, "i want my tables NOW!" to the manager how rude. =.= 6. the kitchen actually claimed that the dishes were out when it was apparently their fault for not remembering to prepare the dishes. and they still DENY that they're in the wrong. oh my gosh, & the wprst thing is, halfway thru i was handling the whole of first floor to myself, without realising. and i seriously feel so bad for those who waited soo long and some didn't get to eat what they wanted. and they didn't complain a single word. not lykk some woman who thinks that she's some queen of the world and scolded my manager bcos of the tuupid mistake that she made. ha, society is DAMN interesting ((((: |
